Which appointment type is appropriate for me? When you book in, I’ll generally advise what kind of appointments I think you will need in the future. If you’re unsure which appointment best suits your needs, contact me with a brief overview of the main reason for your visit and I’ll make a suggestion.

Initial consultation
allow 75-90 mins | $150
Concession | $135
An opportunity for us to meet, gather your medical history, discuss your health goals and development of a treatment plan. Treatment may include shiatsu, acupuncture, herbs and ancillary techniques. Advice about length of treatment, herbal formulas and approximation of costs are discussed prior to consent to receive treatment.

Return consultation

Concession | $110
Available for return patients. Suitable if you are needing a little extra time to chat through your concerns, would like to raise something new or simply spend a little more time on the table. Treatment may include shiatsu, acupuncture, herbs and ancillary techniques.

Maintenance consultation

Available for return patients. Suitable for those with an ongoing treatment plan. During these sessions we may be simply implementing your routine acupuncture treatment, or reviewing your herbal script.

Paediatric return consultation

Available for return child patients. We’ll have an opportunity to review your child’s ongoing treatment plan and any concerns. This session also involves treatment, which may include shiatsu, acupuncture, herbs and ancillary techniques.

Just Shiatsu

Concession | $110
No needles or herbs, this is simply a luxurious dive into meridian therapy. In this session we are likely to be working on a futon on the floor; however table treatments are also available. An initial appointment isn’t necessary, however these sessions will include a brief consult prior to treatment to discuss any medical conditions or concerns.
Ancillary techniques such as cupping or moxibustion may be employed.
If you can’t make it in due to illness or distance, we can have a chat over the phone via Facetime, Zoom or an old fashioned audio call. While we may only chat for 15 minutes, I will request an image of your tongue and spend time following our call writing and preparing your script for delivery or pick up.
